Manitowoc Service & Support has Service Reliability Engineers available to evaluate damages to major structures and components on Manitowoc products. The evaluation will determine if the part can be repaired sufficiently to maintain its original structural integrity while keeping the original operating parameters of the machine.

Whenever you need a part, we are ready to support you. Manitowoc Service & Support operates major logistics distribution centers throughout the world. Our primary parts warehouses in Jeffersonville (USA) and St. Pierre de Chandieu (France) stock an extensive inventory of genuine replacement parts. Asia Pacific is served by our facilities in Zhangjiagang, China, Singapore and Sydney, Australia. Our trained customer service representatives will help you locate the parts you need for any of our products. Access to parts tools, including on-line parts ordering and electronic parts catalogue systems can be requested through our dedicated partner portal ‘Manitowoc Direct’.

SETTING THE STANDARD FOR TECHNICIAN DEVELOPMENT
Manitowoc Service & Support is the online and on-site crane training source for all Manitowoc, Grove, Potain, National Crane, and Shuttelift products. Our curriculum is designed for crane technicians from beginner to advanced certifications levels and offers training for all generations of Manitowoc operating systems and components.
